IMPLANTOLOGY AND FIXED PROSTHETICS
Fixed teeth, planned on titanium
We do nothing but implants and fixed restorations. Every position is planned on a CBCT scan and transferred with a printed surgical guide – which is why the procedure rarely takes more than 40 minutes.

IN SEEFELD SINCE 2011
Two operating theatres, our own master laboratory, one surgeon per patient – from diagnosis to follow-up.
Four routes to a fixed bite
Which route fits you depends on the bone available. We settle that at the first appointment with a 3D scan – not with an estimate.
Single tooth implant
One gap, one implant, one ceramic crown. Neighbouring teeth stay untouched – unlike a conventional bridge.

Implant-borne bridge
Three or four missing teeth carried by two implants. Fewer procedures, the same stability.
Full arch All‑on‑4
An edentulous jaw, four tilted implants, a fixed temporary bridge on the same day.
Bone augmentation
Not enough bone? We augment with autologous bone or substitute – usually in the same session.

Specialised means: we do only this
A general dental practice places around 30 implants a year. We place 280. That number is the only real quality difference in implantology.

One surgeon, not a rotating team
Whoever plans your case performs it. You tell your story exactly once.
Guided, never freehand
Every drill follows a guide printed in-house. Deviation from plan: under 0.4 mm.
A quote that holds
In writing before surgery, itemised by position. We do not send additional invoices.
10-year warranty, in writing
If an implant fails through our fault, we replace implant and crown at no cost.
From consultation to final crown in 14 weeks

“I arrived with a 26,000 quote from another practice. At OSSEA it was 21,900 – and that is exactly what the final invoice said.”
“Forty minutes, then I walked home. I was back at the office the next day. I had braced myself for far worse.”
“The aftercare is the best part: Dr Roth gave me her mobile number and actually picked up on a Sunday evening when I was worried.”
What patients want to know first
Does placing an implant hurt?
Does placing an implant hurt?
You feel nothing during the procedure – we work under local anaesthetic, with sedation on request. Mild pressure for two or three days afterwards is normal; most patients manage on ibuprofen and are back at work the next day.
How long does an implant last?
How long does an implant last?
After ten years around 95 % of implants are still in function, and considerably longer with good oral hygiene. The decisive factors are an annual check-up and professional cleaning twice a year – both included in our aftercare.
Will my insurance contribute?
Will my insurance contribute?
Swiss basic insurance does not cover implants. Supplementary dental policies reimburse 50–75 % depending on the policy, up to an annual cap. Bring your policy along – we will calculate your effective share before surgery.
What if I do not have enough bone?
What if I do not have enough bone?
That is the rule rather than the exception, especially when the tooth has been missing for a while. In most cases we augment during the same procedure. If the loss is severe, we plan the graft three to four months ahead.
Can I smoke if I get an implant?
Can I smoke if I get an implant?
Smoking roughly doubles the risk of implant failure. We still place implants, but we ask for a break from two weeks before to four weeks after surgery. That window decides how well it heals.
Consultation including a 3D scan
The first consultation takes 60 minutes and costs CHF 180 including the CBCT scan. If you go ahead with treatment, we deduct it from your bill.
