Privacy

This notice describes which personal data we process, for what purpose and for how long. It follows the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Appointment requests via the form

We process your name, phone number, email address, your reason for contacting us, your preferred time and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. The sole purpose is to reply and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is the initiation of a treatment contract.

Requests are deleted after twelve months unless a treatment relationship arises from them. If one does, the statutory ten-year retention period for patient records applies.

Health data

Information about symptoms is sensitive personal data. Please give only what is necessary in the form – we will discuss details on the phone or at your appointment.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies keep the website working. Everything else is set only after your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie notice.

Fonts and external services

All fonts are served from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or comparable services, and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and data portability. A short email is enough; we reply within 30 days.
